To offer you the best products, service and ultimately the most competitive pricing possible, a $1000 per order minimum is required.
TERMS AND CREDIT
Terms are prepaid unless credit has been established prior to order. To establish credit contact Customer Service at 480-962-5017 or email@example.com. Once credit has been established, terms are Net 15 days. Payment is required on previous orders before additional orders ship. Accounts continually running over 30 days past due must prepay by check or credit card prior to orders being released for production. New customer orders must be prepaid by check or credit card. Orders will be processed upon receipt of payment.
PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES
In an effort to keep products as fresh as possible, we do not prepackage products. As such, the general production lead time for all orders is 7-10 business days. Large orders and orders placed during holiday seasons may require longer lead times. Please confirm at time of order.
For customers within the Phoenix metro area, all orders that meet our $1000 order minimum qualify for free delivery via Lehi Valley truck or common carrier. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Orders will be shipped via common carrier. Orders of 250 pounds or greater* qualify for free freight. All orders less than 250 pounds will be subject to a freight charge. For orders under 250 pounds call Customer Service at 877-962-5017. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. FOB (MESA, AZ. 85205) customers are responsible for all applicable freight charges.
*All orders must also meet our $1000 order minimum.
Currently, we do not offer shipping outside of the continental United States. We are happy to provide shipping options to all major domestic shipping hubs.
RESIDENTIAL SHIPPING POLICY
Customers requesting delivery to a residential address will be billed our carrier’s residential surcharge. The minimum residential surcharge is $120.
When temperatures exceed 85°, we can not ship heat sensitive items (i.e. chocolate, yogurt, carob, and some gummi products) via standard methods. Heat sensitive items are clearly marked with a symbol of an encircled "H" within the catalog and product pages on lehivalley.com. For large orders of heat sensitive product (pallet quantities), we may be able to arrange refrigerated LTL freight. For less than pallet quantities, we can ship heat-sensitive product via our Ice Pack Program documented below. Due to the additional efforts necessary to ensure safe arrival of heat sensitive products, certain shipping restrictions, product minimums, and up charges are applicable.
ICE PACK PROGRAM
The Ice Pack Program allows us to ship heat sensitive items even when temperatures exceed 85°. As the name suggests, ice packs, in combination with an insulated corrugated box, are used to keep products from melting. It can be assumed that heat sensitive items will have the need to ice pack from April into October of each year.
ICE PACK SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
All orders must have a three-day shipping lane. For clients in AR, AZ, CA, CO, ID, LA, MT, NM, NV, OK, OR, TX, UT, WA, and WY, the three-day shipping lane can be accomplished via UPS Ground. For clients in NE, MO, MS, and most of Kansas and part of Tennessee, the three-day shipping lane can be accomplished via FedEx Ground. Those outside of the before mentioned states require orders be shipped via UPS 3 Day Select. The additional charges for expedited shipping would apply.
All orders including heat sensitive products during the summer months will be subject to our standard 5-7 business day lead time. However, heat-sensitive products need to be shipped Mondays or Tuesdays to avoid sitting in a truck or warehouse over the weekend. Therefore, orders with heat sensitive products may be subject to slightly longer lead times.
ICE PACK PRODUCT MINIMUMS
Bulk heat sensitive products have a 20-pound minimum. Packaged heat sensitive products have a 2 case minimum.

Due to the additional packaging materials necessary, the following up charges per unit apply to shipping heat sensitive products during summer months (below).

Upon receipt, please inspect your order and notify us of any damage. Any product you wish to return for credit must first be approved by contacting our Returns Department at 480-962-5017 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org. No credit will be issued for a product after 7 days of receipt. We cannot accept returns on custom or special orders.

Customers no longer desiring to receive the newsletter can opt out at any time by unchecking the newsletter box within their company profile.

Our newsletter is opt-in, opt out. Signup for and removal from our newsletter is completed solely by the customer. Once opted out customers will receive one final email confirming addresses have been removed.
