Our story actually starts long before Lehi Valley Trading Company officially came to life about 40 years ago. For over six generations, our family has been tied to the land—most recently growing citrus in Lehi, Arizona, a little community with deep roots (it’s even older than Mesa itself!). Back in the 1960s, we set up a family roadside stand—later a store—to share our citrus with neighbors and travelers. To make things even sweeter, we began scouring the Southwest for the very best nuts and dried fruits to add to our offerings. Pretty soon, our shelves were bursting with hand-packed candies and chocolates too, all chosen for their freshness and unbeatable taste.

As word spread, other companies began asking to buy our packaged products. This demand led us into the world of private labeling, and in 1985, Lehi Valley Trading Company was officially born. Determined to guarantee the highest quality, we expanded into manufacturing—roasting nuts, hand-mixing trail mixes, developing original granola recipes, and producing popcorn and nuggets. Today, we offer more than 350 SKUs across a wide range of snack categories, and we still travel to visit vendors and equipment manufacturers, always searching for the best ingredients and the most advanced technology.

Our growth has been both immense and humbling. We’ve invested in state-of-the-art manufacturing and fully automated packaging equipment to meet the needs of our national accounts. Yet, in many ways, we still do things the old-fashioned way—many items are hand-packaged to ensure they’re done right, just as we always have.

Recently, we reached an exciting new milestone: Lehi Valley acquired Poppee’s Popcorn, a respected manufacturing company specializing in popcorn and puffs, located in Ohio. This acquisition marks a significant step in our business strategy, expanding our operational capabilities and reinforcing a partnership that has flourished for over two decades. The newly acquired facility will be called Lehi Valley Midwest.  It is strategically located to increase our production capacity and improve logistics for customers throughout the Midwest and Eastern United States.
