Jenna Thomas plays a key role in daily operations, overseeing the Snack Shop while supporting administrative functions across the business. She receives and processes incoming orders for factory and store customers, including online orders, and serves as a primary point of contact for Snack Shop customer inquiries. Known for her organization, reliability, and strong customer-focused mindset, Jenna takes pride in keeping operations in the Snack Shop running smoothly and ensuring every customer receives attentive, accurate service. Outside of work, Jenna enjoys painting, dancing, and instructing dance. She values time spent with her family and loves traveling.

Ken started his grocery career at the age of 15 bagging groceries. He soon realized that the grocery retail environment was exciting and where he felt his place was. After 29 years he led positions within perishable departments, store development, category management, and direct sales. Ken brought his love for grocery and merchandising to Lehi Valley in 2011. He had the opportunity to work with many U.S. retailers as their “Snack Expert”. Thanks to his industry insights he has helped create many successful programs taking his customers to the next level. In addition, Ken has the support of a loving family, his wife April, 6 children, and 4 grandchildren. He finds joy in serving others through Church callings.

Chris began his career at Thriftway Grocery in Auburn, WA, before transitioning to a 30-year journey in Consumer Packaged Goods sales, starting with Frito-Lay at just 20. With a knack for understanding customer needs, he has driven significant innovation and profitability in the food and snacks industry. His experience spans various retail and distribution channels in the U.S. and Central Europe, contributing to hundreds of millions in sales. Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife of 35 years, their five kids, and ten grandkids, often unwinding by the pool or exploring new motorcycle routes in search of great Mexican food!
