BMC Medicine published a large analysis of current research to determine the effect of eating nuts on risk of cardiovascular disease, coronary heart disease, stroke, cancer, diabetes, and many other diseases and causes of mortality. The results show that people who eat at least 20 grams of nuts daily have a lower risk of heart disease, cancer and risk of premature death!
